I'm currently a junior at Grinnell College, where I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics.
I am a self-starter with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. My ability to connect with people in a positive and genuine manner and a keen learning attitude allow me to build connections and understand people's needs. I have diverse interests in education, computer science and social work and experiences in information technology services, fundraising, and customer service positions. In near future, I am dedicated to learn about software development with goals to develop applications for social good.
In my free time, I love to exercise, cook, and learn foreign languages.

In my first Introduction to CS class, I learned functional programming and it was a huge academic challenge for me to grasp many new concepts in a short amount of time.
Still, I believe the more I need to fight for something, the stronger my love for it will grow. I have been very fortunate to have a huge network of peers, professors and friends who always support and encourage me to believe in myself. In Winter 2018, I took a leap of faith and declared Computer Science as my major.
